WiFi was great and staff were friendly, but breakfast service was really disorganized.

The casino was lively, but the dining options
seemed limited during my stay. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were satisfactory, but I wished the buffet had more variety. It felt a bit too restrictive in terms of food choices, especially at peak times.

It was just a great fit for a couple of nights in Cebu with incredible value for money. The staff were accommodating, especially the bellboy, who helped with my luggage without hesitation. Make sure to have a credit card ready if you want to unlock the fridge during your stay.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We loved the buffet, with tons of international cuisine options. Plus, the casino on-site was a blast with all the table games. Just a heads up, though, the rooms could use a bit of updating for a more modern feel.
One downside was the lack of sufficient outlets in the room, making it tough to charge our devices all at once.

The bread rolls were warm and fluffy, a real treat! I also enjoyed the delicious offerings at the nearby Casa Verde and Harbour City, both just a short walk away. The staff were generally friendly. can't forget the spacious lobby making it easy to unwind.
The old carpets were kind of a turn-off, and the hot water shower indicator was reversed, leading to some confusion. The buffet breakfast was hit or miss—Friday's spread lacked sizzle but Saturday's felt much improved. After checkout, an embarrassing mix-up left a sour taste in my mouth.

The restaurant's buffet spread was an absolute delight with a variety of international dishes, perfect for our large family. My mum especially appreciated the attentive service.
My children wanted a pool area that was more appealing and better maintained for them to enjoy.

What they don’t tell you
I stayed in a Superior Room for one night during a busy Holy Week. The room felt outdated, and the breakfast was just average. I was disappointed to find the casino closed on the days I visited. Though the hotel's security is commendable, my expectations weren't fully met.

The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast offered a satisfactory variety of both local vegetables and international dishes, though it didn't exceed my expectations. However, the aging design of the facilities was noticeable, and the gym equipment was not well maintained, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was a lack of better service at the gym, impacting the overall experience.
